My experience at Chevy well let’s just say it will be the last time I’ll ever purchase anything from there, I went to buy a new remote for my 2014 Chevy truck paid $148 but then I had to pay an additional $178 just to get it programmed?! which is ridiculously expensive almost $400 just for a remote and for a five-ten minute job it is ridiculous. I have gone to different dealership and they don’t charge for programming if you buy it from there and Chevy y’all just like to take peoples money. My review for The mechanics were great i have no complaints on them.

Recent service was great. Purchased my truck from another dealership and Jupiter worked with myself and that dealership to resolve the issues with my truck. They went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired right after multiple visits. Jason and Brandon did a great job of keeping me updated with the status of the repairs. Very please overall with my experience. I will continue to visit Jupiter Chevy for my service needs!

Very low pressure to purchase. I thought we were lowballed on our trade in vehicle even though it had high mileage. Staff was professional and courteous.

Oil change was fine. I really don't like the fact that every time I come in for an oil change there is something else wrong with my car. This time it was an alignment. The last time they said I needed new tires which I didn't do there or anywhere else and this time the tires were fine. That doesn't give me much confidence in their "inspections".

Phone Service: Bad - I tried to make an appointment over the phone for an oil change, I left 2 voicemails for extension " 214 "and never heard back from anyone I tried making an appointment online but there are so many options, I just know " oil change " but the system has oil change verbiage I did not understand - So I did not schedule online (unsuccessful) So during my lunch hour I drove up there and tried to get someone to help me schedule an appointment to get my oil changed, took a minute but someone came out and told me I can pull in and get it done now if I wanted to, which I did because I was low on oil and needed an oil change. Robert greeted me and took all my information and explained everything to me and was very kind and helpful, when oil change was completed he came back and helped walk me through the paperwork process and really the only reason I'll be happy to come back. There was a Tall Gentleman (maybe a Sales Person) getting a soda from the machine and offered me a drink, after sitting there for 45 minutes, it was very nice, I asked for Water much appreciated.

Overall had a great experience. In the beginning there was some communication issues, but were fixed very quickly. It was also frustrating to wait 2+ hours before getting to speak to financial department with no communication on what the hold up was without having to seek out answers myself. Very happy with my car and my salesperson.

I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. It came back with no reading on ANY of my tire pressure readings. It checked in with everything reading normal & came out with no readings. The technician told me after computer resets it self it would read the system. That didn't happen.

My biggest complaint would be that I was handed off to another sales person after talking with JK extensively on the phone. While Jasmine was very pleasant knowledgeable and helpful JK never came back to check and see how the deal was going. And both of them dropped the ball about returning phone calls and text messages. We were also not offered a get acquainted with the vehicle. This was the first Chevy truck we have purchased and their operating system is different from what we were used to. Also the first truck that they offered was not the one I had been looking at on line. Seems like it was switched to one that needed to be sold quickly.

Most everything is always good. I have done every service there since I bought my truck from there in 2019. I set up an appointment to do the oil change, state inspection and to replace the TPMS sensor in one of my tires. When I got there they informed me that they didn't have the sensor, even though I had set it up ahead of time. They wanted me to come back another day but I work all of the time. That is why I set it up ahead of time. So I am not happy or satisfied with this.

This was my first service visit after recently purchasing a brand-new truck from this dealership, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I originally scheduled the appointment, I made it clear I would need the shuttle service. I dropped the truck off before the dealership opened and later called to check on the status, once again reminding them I would need the shuttle. Despite this, I couldn't get a straight answer about when my truck would be ready. Hours later, I called again, only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes—long enough that I had to hang up and make other arrangements. I ended up having to pay for a Lyft out of my own pocket just to get back to the dealership. When I explained all of this to the person who handed me my keys, there was no apology, no accountability, and certainly no offer to reimburse me for the ride after the shuttle they promised was unavailable. On top of that, I had repeatedly mentioned a persistent message I was getting in the truck saying "Service Driver Assist System." I included it in the appointment details online and also brought it up during phone calls. Yet it was never addressed. When I asked about it in person, I was told, "Oh, that's probably a sensor—and that's not our department." The employee briefly glanced at the front of my truck, pointed to a specific sensor, and said it was likely the issue, claiming it was damaged and wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I explained that I had reported the issue the week after purchasing the vehicle and that there was no damage—what he was pointing at was literally just a dried-up bug I wiped off on the spot. When I pressed for clarification, he admitted, “Well, there's no way to know just by looking,” and said I’d need to speak to the collision center. If this is the type of service I can expect going forward—especially when we’re required to go through the dealership to maintain the coverage on the add-ons we paid extra for—then I need to know if those benefits are transferable. Because based on this visit, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible Tried to overcharge me for service & then offer me $500 for my car on a trade in. And I brought the car from Jupiter new and Jupiter has done all my service. Engine is good and Jupiter just put a new transmission in the car not even a year ago! And you offer me $500 dollars on a trade in. All because I said know to game the radiator replaced for $2,000 & the radiator is only $350 Makes no sense. I’m a Chevrolet only person, but I hope & pray I never have to do business with Jupiter again!!!……

Everyone was polite and professional. HOWEVER, I do have a problem being charged a fee using a debit OR credit card. This should have been made clear prior to coming in. I'm sure most people do not carry checks or enough cash to cover maintenance or repairs to their vehicles. I do not know if this is a common practice at all dealership service departments, but prior to my next service I will be considering the practices at other Chevrolet dealers.

Scheduled my appointment for 1:00pm online, then got a call a day or two later saying my appointment was pending because more information was needed. I Gave the info and then received an email to confirm my appointment for 3:00 pm. I replied and requested that it be moved back to the 1:00pm as originally agreed but heard nothing back. Then a couple days later got another call to confirm my pending appointment. I was contacted at least 8-10 times about this appointment. A bit inconvenient. Got to the dealership for my appointment and the first thing the service writer did was try to upsell me for an alignment I did not request. After 45 min-1hour of waiting the service writer came back to tell me that my lug nuts were too difficult for the service team so my tires could not be rotated. After another 30 minutes or so, my oil change was completed. About 90 minutes for a prescheduled oil change without any tire rotation is a bit excessive. I contacted the service manager via phone but they weren’t able to answer my call. They called back the next day to say they could figure out my tire rotation all of the sudden, but only if I purchase new lugnuts from the dealership also. Very inconvenient and disappointing that my oil change and tire rotation couldn’t be completed. I will not be back to Jupiter for service. I have used other dealerships in the past with no issues.

Dropped off my vehicle at 7am and had to call at noon to get update knowing my vehicle was done around 8am oil change was at 100 percent already and then was told shuttle was not working and they couldn’t accommodate me that I would have to figure it out how to get back to dealership from work to get my vehicle and then transferred to another person that said shuttle would pick me up in 30 min and asked the shuttle driver and he stopped shuttling and he said he’d been driving all morning all lies.. will not be going back lack professionalism

Robert Estrada was my service advisor and was great from greeting me at my vehicle to walking me out at the completion of service. It was an early morning appointment and the lobby was full but my oil change service was completed earlier than anticipated. Great experience all around! The cashier was super nice, I didn't catch her name, but was super impressed she remembered it was my day off and ushered me out the door to enjoy the rest of my day!

We were called less than 5 minutes after dropping off our truck and told that it needed an alignment. We have not had any issues with the truck pulling and have not seen any wear on the tires so we decided to get a second opinion. When we picked up the truck from your service department the inspection of the vehicle says on the paperwork that the alignment is fine and that the tires are fine so I am confused as to why we were told otherwise. If there is an issue wouldn't that also reflect on the report? I will give you credit for getting the vehicle in and out quickly, but don't know that I will trust this service department in the future.

I recently had my truck in for service and worked with Service Advisor Nick Browne. The communication throughout the process was excellent—Nick kept me updated and made sure I understood each step. Since I was pressed for time, he even took care of all the loaner paperwork before I arrived, which saved me a lot of hassle. This was the third time my new truck had to go in for intermittent electrical issues. Unfortunately, the parts that were replaced and the software updates from previous visits didn’t fully resolve the problem, but this time the deeper dive paid off and the issue was finally fixed. Overall, this experience was much more positive than my first one, and because of that, I have no hesitation about returning in the future.

You guys don’t have good service why I said I am your customer for along time customer support and help is very weak and the worst I ever seen specially service department and the director of the department look I gave car for service after 3 and hour waiting even they didn’t check car return back and they told me nothing on it I thank you star driving the problem is the as soon as back you check car what happened the problem is still there they say sorry I said if okay I asked the department director he showed up non sense mood see there for customer no respect,not even polite word and even more thing I can say if you have zero service tand treat customer too sorry that enough please improve your service department thanks

My previous experience with the dealership was not a good one. I decided to get my AC fixed while I was out of the country on my honeymoon and things went left! After the AC repair I also had to replace my windshield and battery unexpectedly! It was a lot of back and forth that I started to loose trust in the dealership. Fast forward to my recent repair, after awhile of having my car back I noticed mold and wetness on the passenger. Then I realized it was also wet on the driver side. I was not able to bring it in right away but I dropped it off as soon as I could hesitating to do so because of my last visit but I knew the previous repairs happened here so I came back. To my surprise Jeff in the service department took care of me starting with my phone call to drop it off all the way through. Even while out sick when he returned to work he made sure to inform me of my status and continued to follow up with me often! I Really appreciated him for that and because of Jeff I gave begun to restore my faith in this dealership. It’s hard to trust places these days and a lot of locations are about money but Jeff got to the bottom of things he found out that the issue was in there end and not my fault and he was able to included my warranty on my repairs which saved me alot of money. I am forever grateful for his service and support. My car is sentimental to me for I lost my son 10yrs ago and my Camaro is in remembrance of him because he loved Bumblebee. I appreciate his kindness and care in taking care of my baby!

I was looking for a new car and landed on Jupiter Chevrolet. I wanted a a 2025 Chevrolet Trax in Silver and Jupiter happened to be the only one that had it nearby. Isella was the first person to reach out to me and it was a really good process. I ended up scheduling an appointment for last Saturday and was put in contact with Jimmy. When I arrived at the car dealership, Jimmy was quick to come out and introduce himself. Jimmy was hospitable throughout the buying process. Jimmy and the sales manager Santos, showed me what I thought was the 2025 Trax that I was looking at. Santos let me know that the 2025 Trax that I was looking at was a demo vehicle that had 4,000 miles on it and had hail damage. I was disappointed until Santos and Jimmy showed me the 2026 Trax LT that they were going to give me for the same price. I fell in love with the vehicle. It had all the features I was hoping for. The finance manager was able to get me lower interest rate than I was quoted and I got GAP insurance and an extended warranty. The price per month was a little higher than I originally thought but that was because of my credit. I am truly happy that I went to Jupiter Chevrolet to purchase my new vehicle. Thank you to Jimmy, Santos, Philip, and the rest of the Jupiter team. I will come to Jupiter when I am in need of a vehicle again (hopefully not anytime soon). Thanks Jupiter Chevrolet!

Came in for a basic oil change. Then find out the mechanic broke the top of the oil filter. Then want to charge me for the broke oil filter and the time for the mechanic a bill that should have only been a little over $100 he was charging me $200 because I had to pay for the labor of the mechanic and the mechanic is the one that broke the part. After I talked to the service manager who just jumped down my throat right when I started to present my case and tell him why I should pay or suffer for with the mechanic mistake. I had to email the general manager and I have not heard from him yet. But at the end of the day I still had to pay for a broken part that I should not have paid I would like my refund a $15 where the mechanic broke the filter. I agree to pay for it at first but after I thought about the process why should I pay for a part that he broke and you charged me for it. The sad part about it was I was referred to this dealership by General Motors Corporate Office. But I understand the customer is not the issue here it's protecting the mechanic. Thanks Tab Plummer

When I pulled into the service bay no one was there. I was never asked my name - I assume they used my VIN to determine who I was. And this is the first dealership I have ever been to that services a vehicle that was purchased at that dealership and they do not wash the vehicle after the service. My truck had mud in the floor, as it was raining that day - and smelled of oil. I will not be returning to this dealership for anything that isn’t required for warranty. I will find another Chevy dealership with better customer service all around

My purchase has been great. It was smooth and painless. I loved working with Bryan. He's great. I do have one issue that has not yet been resolved. My LoJack account has not been set up yet. I called LoJack and they said that the responsibility is on the dealer side of things and they couldn't do anything about it.

Staff is wonderful. Everyone is very nice. My only complaint is the surcharge on the credit card sales. If you don’t carry cash, credit cards are the safest form of payment, so paying a surcharge is kind of annoying.

The Jupiter Chevrolet Team and both Ashcrofts were very helpful and easy to work with. The cashier is always so friendly and lovely to talk with. I was offered breakfast, and the coffee is always hot and ready to enjoy! I'm SOLD on Jupiter Chevy for ALL my vehicle needs ;)

Waited 3 hours for a few minor repairs (tire pressure sensor, wiper blades and software update). There was very poor communication with me about expected wait time and the reason for delays. The technician who was in charge of my service seemed surprised that my car was still there 3 hours later, and apologized but no explanation was offered. I spent a good part of my day sitting waiting, and would have appreciated better communication
